  1. I logged a ticket and will post the results here when I get them. I have another related question. Do those who have purchased v1 get v2 for free?
  2. Hello, I have already purchased a Drive Bender license and have been using it for a while. It does everything it says on the tin and I've had no problems so far. Now I'm building another computer and need a new license. They say "Add an additional license for only $2 extra!" on the homepage. Where can I access this offer? When I click on 'buy' the only options available are for new customers. I forgot what the terms and conditions say, but I assume it's one license per computer as opposed to one license per home? Thanks.
  3. I added the new drive and removed the old one. It still hasn't failed so I will reuse it for some redundant files.
  4. No sorry. I mean can DB tell me what files are on that drive? So if it fails before I manage to get the data off I will know what I have to replace.
  5. I think it matters. The pool has 1.5 TB free, so even if the other drives were full I could only remove 1.5 TB from the pool. 2 TB is too much. But that's not important right now. What is the best way to find out what files are on the bad drive?
  6. I'm pretty sure it won't fit. The drive I'm replacing is 2 TB and the pool has around 1.5 TB free. What is the best way to get a list of all the files on that particular drive?
  7. I have a pool with 3 drives in it. I suspect one of them will fail soon - increased number of bad blocks, read errors etc. I have a replacement drive ready but I'm not sure how to set it up. There is an option to swap in a new drive, is that what I'm looking for? Or should I add the new drive and then remove the suspected faulty drive from the pool? How will I know when it is safe to remove the old drive and all data has been copied off it? Thanks. (FYI I'm using WHS2011)
