  1. I've done this a handful of times and even did it again with no luck. When i run the Driver Utility, i'm getting errors in the event log. Error 6/14/2016 9:37:59 AM VHyperDrive5 1 None 30000, 3 Error 6/14/2016 9:37:59 AM VHyperDrive5 1 None 3 Error 6/14/2016 9:37:59 AM VHyperDrive5 1 None 3 i did a test install of the 2.4 on another system and when when drivers were to be installed i was given a popup to allow them to be installed. On my server i don't get this at all. I'm at a loss. On the latest uninstall and reboot. I went into the registry and removed anything for "VHyper" or "Bender" then rebooted and then reinstalled. Still no luck.
  2. So i updated to 2.4 over the weekend and now i cannot get the pool to mount. I'm getting the dreaded drivers not installed message. I have followed the instructions on the support home page and have also did a manual driver install by following this link .http://support.divis...Bender-drivers- Neither have fixed my issue. From the looks of it the drivers seem to not want to update/install. Any help would be appreciated.
  3. I'm trying to remove a failing drive and DB is not letting me unless i do a force remove due to free space. I am on 1.2.1.4 and i currently have 4 drives. setup 274.97 GB free of 1.36 TB 450.22 GB free of 698.49 GB 179.47 GB free of 1.36 TB 1.15 TB free of 1.82 TB <- Failing drive... So, out of all that i have 904 GB free on the 3 drives that are good and 670 GB Used on the Failed drive that needs copied over leaving the pool with 234 GB left. What would be causing this error message to pop up and what can i do to fix it without doing a force removal?
