Gonna need a bit more info.

First, you should not have lost any data as the files will still be on the underlying drives. You may need to enable viewing of hidden files to see the {xxx} folders the are the pool.

What version of DB are you using? I'm  on 2.8.0.0 and have no issues o. Win10.

Can you check the Windows system & app event logs for errors during install and start up?

In Services, is the Drivebender service running?

sorry i had been away for months.

ok, i tried to update to latest windows 10 17074 again yesterday, and it have the same issues as 17063. please refer to attached picture. as you can see on the log, the mounting is repeating in the loop, and it is failed. please note that i have this windows 10 17074 reset-ted (reset to default), yet drivebender just cannot mount the drive.

install back to previous windows 10 solve the problem.

i believe something is different in latest windows 10 version making drivebender not working correctly.

since i need to use the pool daily, so i have no intention to update to windows 10 17074 again.

Yes, i confirm this solution work for 17074. however the procedure is not working for me. uninstalling and reinstalling just driver is not enough. i need to uninstall the driver, uninstall the program, then reinstall the program. otherwise it will say something like "cannot connect server", because the drivebender service is not starting.

anyway. it is work normally now. i hope the future version will fix this.
